The hair has been professionally color-treated to create each shade. Lifting or recoloring it is a job for a professional colorist, and the result depends on the starting shade. Ask a colorist before committing, and never bleach it yourself.

Wash gently with a sulfate-free shampoo, condition the mid-lengths and ends, brush from the ends upward, and keep heat low. Braid it loosely before you sleep.

The day your order is delivered is day one. You have seven calendar days, including that day, to request a return or an exchange. Your parcel does not need to reach us within the seven days.
