These Terms of Service govern your use of mychubbyhair.com and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

About MYCHUBBYHAIR

MY CHUBBY HAIR is a hair extensions brand operating from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We sell directly to consumers through this website. All orders are packed and dispatched by us.

Using this site

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our written consent. You may not use this site to submit false orders, attempt to manipulate pricing or inventory, or interfere with its operation in any way.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the site at our discretion and without notice.

Products and availability

MY CHUBBY HAIR releases products in limited drops. Once a product sells out, it will not be restocked. Availability is not guaranteed for any shade or length. Product images on the site are as accurate as possible, but colour appearance varies across screens and does not constitute a guarantee of exact match to the physical product.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any product at any time without notice.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout for your region. Prices are correct at the time of display but may change between drops. 

Shipping charges are displayed separately at checkout and are not included in product prices. Import duties and customs fees are not included and remain the responsibility of the buyer. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Orders and payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory discrepancies, or pricing errors. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Payment is processed at the time of order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

All sales are final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final. This is covered in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including but not limited to brand names, logos, shade names, product descriptions, photography, and copy, is the property of MY CHUBBY HAIR and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

The name MY CHUBBY HAIR, the abbreviation MCH, and all associated shade names are brand identifiers of MY CHUBBY HAIR. Unauthorized use of these identifiers is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

MY CHUBBY HAIR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to damage caused during professional installation, adverse reactions to product use, or loss resulting from customs seizure or shipping delay.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Chargebacks and disputes

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge these terms and our Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback for a reason not consistent with these terms is a violation of this agreement. We retain full order records, correspondence, tracking information, and delivery confirmation and will contest any dispute with complete documentation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from these terms or from a purchase made on this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
