Returns and Refunds

All sales are final.

MY CHUBBY HAIR does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. This applies to all orders across all markets, without exception, regardless of when the request is made.

This policy exists because of the nature of the product. Every bundle that leaves our facility has been inspected and verified before dispatch. Hair extensions are a personal care item and once the seal is broken, the product cannot be hygienically restocked or resold. We do not make exceptions for shade preference, length, change of mind, or installation outcome.

Before placing an order, read the shade and length descriptions carefully. We will not process a refund because a shade reads differently installed than it appears on screen. This is a documented characteristic of human hair and is communicated clearly before purchase. 

Chargebacks and payment disputes

By completing a purchase on this site, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Initiating a chargeback for a reason not covered under the circumstances listed above is a violation of these terms. We retain all order records, correspondence, and delivery confirmation and will contest any dispute with full documentation.
